Background

Billy spent his former years in the City of Dubai that offered him a taste of modernity and futuristic environment which ignited his passion for new age architecture. His design philosophy that is open, and his collaborative and seamlessly evolving design approach are his key characteristics that made him competent to design in international settings.

Today, Billy shares his passion as Design Director for iARCH Incorporated, inspiring his colleagues and enhancing the power of creativity within the company.

Prior to iARCH, he spent two decades as a Senior Design Architect with WS Atkins Dubai and Perkins+Will, contributing to several prestigious projects. Notable among these are Marsa Al Arab, Boulevard Heights, Movenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, and Namaste Tower. In addition, his personal portfolio includes high-end residential and mix-use development projects across Kenya.
